We are pleased to offer a number of shipping options to ensure your Rescue Flats arrive perfectly and on time for your big event!

All orders placed on www.rescueflats.com are shipped out from a US Shopify Shipping Warehouse so you never have to worry about unexpected customs fees or delays. 

Rescue Flats takes special care to ensure that our products are carefully protected when packaged for shipping. In the rare case that an order arrives damaged or is missing, we will provide a replacement once your case has been reported and reviewed. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. To report a damaged or missing item please email us at hello@rescueflats.com and include your order number, full name and explanation of the issue.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Rescue Flats orders are shipped using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS carriers. We ship out all in stock orders within 1 day from the day of purchase. Our standard shipping within the United States is approximately 10 days. We will email you the tracking number once your package ships, so you always know where your package is at.
  • Pre-order Shipping: All pre-orders are guaranteed to be delivered to you on or  before the guaranteed delivery date. If for any reason we are not able to meet the guaranteed delivery date date, you will be notified and will have the option to change, or cancel your order and receive a full refund. 

U.S. Territories: We regret that we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa) at this time. You may wish to consider shipping your items to a continental U.S. address and then using a mail forwarding service. Please note that Rescue Flats is not liable for damage, missing pieces, holds or returned shipments that may result from a third-party mail forwarding process.
