Not working out for you? No problem. Our return policy is simple and straightforward:
Returns* are accepted within 365 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your Rescue Flats:
- Contact us and we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Ensure your Rescue Flats box set is placed into the original outer rescueflats.com black box with the bar code on the side.
- Securely package your items and affix the pre-paid return label to the front of the package.
- Note which postage carrier is listed on your pre-paid return label. Take your items to the nearest facility that matches the postage carrier, or schedule a pick up (if available from the specified carrier).
Please note that the outer rescueflats.com black box with the bar code is mandatory for all return orders. We cannot accept returns of Rescue Flats box sets that are not in the outer rescueflats.com black box.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. A $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. You will receive an email notification of your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
