We are committed to the highest standards of quality and safety to our clients and team members. As such, every item shipped to our clients is brand new and has never been opened or touched by anyone outside our team. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products for that reason.
Pre-order products can be canceled and fully refunded before the product is shipped, up to 45 days before the posted guaranteed delivery date. To change or cancel a pre-order, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and full name.
Rescue Flats takes special care to ensure that our products are carefully protected when packaged for shipping. In the rare case that an order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. To report a damaged or defective item please email us at email@example.com and include your order number, full name and explanation of the issue.
International Orders (Outside US & Canada)
Rescue Flats is committed to doing everything possible to ensure that your product is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, when shipping internationally your parcel may be subject to a customs inspection which can include: being opened, placed on hold or returned (without reason) by the receiving customs office. Rescue Flats is not liable for damage, missing pieces, holds or returned shipments as a result of this process. It is important to be aware that international orders are shipped at your own risk.
